Description:

Join Aledade's AI Enablement team to build and manage the AI Enablement Platform, focusing on the MCP Gateway and its integrations.
Responsible for model routing, cost optimization, and platform observability, impacting business outcomes directly.

Requirements:

BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend services or developer platforms.
Strong experience in modern application stacks (Python, TypeScript/Node, Go) and CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with machine-to-machine authentication (OAuth2, OIDC).
Proven ability to instrument systems for metrics and analytics.
Direct experience with agentic coding tools in production settings.
Strong written communication skills for documentation and educational materials.
