Description:

Kard is building commerce media infrastructure connecting financial institutions, platforms, and merchants through data and rewards.
The Senior Software Engineer II will design and build services for transaction matching, offer ingestion, and support APIs, focusing on operational readiness and documentation.

Requirements:

Expert programming skills in Go and/or TypeScript; experience with scalable backend services.
Solid experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and relational/document databases (Postgres, MongoDB).
Proficiency with AWS, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and container technologies (Kubernetes/EKS).
Experience in transaction-processing and ingestion pipelines with a focus on correctness and idempotency.
Ability to lead technical projects from discovery to production rollout, including cross-team collaboration.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive engineering culture; U.S. core business hours availability.

Competitive salary: $160,000 - $190,000 USD (US) or $120,000 - $140,000 USD (Argentina).
