The Senior Software Engineer will build backend systems for the AI automation platform and engage in product decisions and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Strong proficiency in Go (or similar systems languages like Rust, C++), gRPC, and MongoDB is required.
Experience with Terraform, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and modern DevOps practices is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution (IITs, NITs, BITS, top tier-1 institutions preferred) is required.
Candidates should have a deep interest in business models, user behavior, and success metrics.
A track record of challenging specifications and bringing product ideas to fruition is essential.
Experience working with product managers, designers, and customer teams is necessary.
Candidates must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
Exceptional qualities include being self-directed, an authentic communicator, intrinsically motivated, an optimistic problem-solver, and possessing strong English communication skills for international collaboration.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹20 - 35 LPA CTC based on experience.
