Description:

  • Join Headway as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on Infrastructure to enhance the cloud platform for mental healthcare.
  • Drive deployment architecture, autoscaling, and self-serve infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles with significant production traffic experience.
  • Deep expertise in AWS, particularly ECS, EKS, RDS, and networking.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, especially Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with autoscaling, capacity engineering, and container orchestration.
  • Proven track record of making deployments safe and self-serve for teams.
