Description:

Join UpDoc, an early-stage startup, as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on integrations for a physician-supervised AI agent managing chronic diseases.
Work fully remote and play a key role in building patient mobile apps and physician-facing front ends.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in backend development and API engineering.
Proficient in modern, type-hinted Python and experienced with FastAPI, Pydantic, and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of systems integration, data flows, and production debugging.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex projects independently.
