Senior software engineer role focused on designing, building, and maintaining internal applications and services at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy.
Responsible for software development (70%) and data/platform work (30%), including application architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

4+ years of professional software development experience.
High proficiency in at least one modern programming language and familiarity with others.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including design, testing, and debugging.
Experience with APIs, services, web applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid SQL and relational database design skills.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
Strong communication skills and experience mentoring developers.
