Description:

  • Join Mercury's Investments Team as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on building scalable Trading & Custody systems.
  • Lead high-impact projects, collaborating with product, operations, and compliance to deliver innovative features for customers and internal users.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of backend experience with a strong sense of ownership and detail.
  • Domain knowledge of broker-dealer trading and custody systems, including individual securities, ETFs, and mutual funds.
  • Experience with AWS and infrastructure solutions, and a track record of leading complex projects.
  • Ability to make architectural decisions and articulate technical opinions with tradeoffs.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $200,700 - $250,900 USD for US employees; $189,700 - $237,100 CAD for Canadian employees.
  • Total rewards package includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits.
