Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and building complex back-end systems using Java.
Strong expertise in relational databases, preferably Oracle, including schema design and query optimization.
Familiarity with cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with a focus on team support and growth.
Understanding of software development best practices and clean code principles.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
