Description:

Join Close as a Senior Software Engineer focused on marketing, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company website, Close.com.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance the website's performance, conversion rates, and overall user experience.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building conversion-focused marketing websites, familiar with modern stacks like Astro and headless CMS (Sanity).
Proficient in measurement tools and analytics, with experience in Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io.
Strong focus on conversion metrics and ability to empower non-technical team members through self-service tools.
Experience using AI in web development and a collaborative mindset to bridge Marketing and Engineering teams.
