Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality for React-Native and GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues while ensuring accessibility compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate engineering strategies clearly.
• Contribute to team practices and help address technical challenges.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of engineering experience with complex software systems.
• Experience working with the federal government, preferably with the VA.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software independently.
• Strong technical expertise in React Native, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, AWS, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience in software architecture and mobile application development.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers and communicate effectively across teams.
