Description:

  • Design, build, and deliver software solutions for Nearmap’s insurance business, focusing on APIs, microservices, and databases.
  • Collaborate with Product to shape technical direction and work with a backend built on Node.js and C#.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, NodeJS/JavaScript, microservice and API design, cloud environments (AWS preferred), relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and messaging systems (RabbitMQ preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer service focus.
