Requirements:

• Experience in building and running non-trivial production systems with strong architectural judgment.
• Familiarity with AI practices and how they impact engineering workflows.
• Ability to provide and receive direct feedback, with good instincts on prioritizing work.
• Willingness to learn about finance, compliance, and jurisdictional rules.
