Description:

  • Seeking two Senior Software Engineers to join the new Sri Lanka engineering hub, taking full ownership of features from design to production.

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years in software engineering with a track record of delivering production-quality features independently.
  • Proficiency in Python, React.js, or C#, with the ability to learn others as needed.
  • Strong OOP fundamentals and experience with Test-Driven Development.
  • Experience with REST APIs, source control (GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab), and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure, and a strong sense of personal ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and experience working with globally distributed teams.
