Description:

  • Stello is an AI transformation firm that builds AI agents for operational workflows in mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • The Senior Software Engineer on the Platform team will own the system for orchestration, evaluations, observability, and safety of agents in production.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and supporting production software.
  • Strong judgment in architecture, testing, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Experience with distributed systems, queues, or workflow engines.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and ability to measure and improve their output.
  • Daily use of coding agents and ability to review and validate their work.
  • Responsibility for delivery and proactive communication about changes needed.
