Description:

  • Join SmartRecruiters as a Senior Software Engineer to develop innovative, data-driven recruiting products using AI.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement and maintain AI systems that connect people to jobs at scale.
  • Participate in the full product life-cycle from ideation to implementation and adoption measurement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in back-end development with Python microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of distributed software systems and experience with persistence layers (Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (Kibana/Grafana/Prometheus).
  • Very good level of English (B2/C1).
