Description:

Join SmartRecruiters as a Senior Software Engineer to develop innovative, data-driven recruiting products using AI.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement and maintain AI systems that connect people to jobs at scale.
Participate in the full product life-cycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in back-end development with Python microservices and RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of distributed software systems and test automation techniques.
Familiarity with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (Kibana/Grafana/Prometheus).
Extensive experience in building AI-powered products and a good level of English (B2/C1).
