Join a well-funded, AI-native fintech company focused on mortgage servicing software.
Own backend-heavy product and platform work from design to production, supporting billions in mortgage transactions.
Design reliable distributed infrastructure for complex regulatory requirements and utilize modern AI coding tools.
Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and platform teams on architecture, system design, and engineering standards.

Requirements:

3 to 10 years of backend-leaning software engineering experience.
Experience at a product-focused software company with clear ownership and progression.
Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms; ability to solve coding problems without AI assistance.
Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and strong product judgment.
Daily proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) and familiarity with Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud Platform.

Base salary ranging from $210,000 to $300,000 based on level and experience.
