Description:

Join Rho as a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to help build and scale an all-in-one finance platform.
Work remotely in Poland within the Architecture team using a modern tech stack.

Requirements:

Deep expertise in Python, async programming, and performance optimization.
Experience in building web apps and services, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Experience in complex, regulated environments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Background in a technical market segment such as AI, security, finance, or blockchain.
Nice to have: Proficiency in Go/TypeScript/Ruby, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and finance-related knowledge.
