Description:

  • Develop and maintain software using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
  • Design and optimize back-end systems, APIs, and data flows for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide architectural decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of full-stack development experience, primarily with Ruby on Rails.
  • Proven experience in leading projects from inception to delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
