Description:

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails/React) to join the engineering team.
Focus on backend development while collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers on various initiatives and bug fixes.
Contribute to the evolution of team culture and processes, especially in backend engineering.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails and relational databases, with experience in designing scalable data models and APIs.
Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Sidekiq in production.
Experience across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and data layers.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to enhance tools and features.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to mentor team members.
Must reside and work permanently in the U.S.
