Description:

Lead the design and development of new features and critical improvements for software products and services.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to make high-impact architectural decisions and define technical standards.

Requirements:

B2 or higher English proficiency.
Over 6 years of software design and development experience.
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and .NET, including high availability applications.
Proficient in .NET Framework 4.7+ and .NET Core 6 or higher.
Proven experience in designing and building microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend ecosystems.
Deep understanding of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of observability tools such as Elastic Stack or Prometheus.
Experience with cloud computing on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Demonstrated ability to technically lead and mentor other engineers.
