Description:

  • Design and build features across Customer service workflows, including case and work order management and guided agent experiences.
  • Own complex components end to end, collaborating with product, design, and platform teams to enhance customer-facing processes with AI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a record of technical direction.
  • Proficient in AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, and system design across front-end and server-side.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
