Description:

  • Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Session Replay squad to develop a new product that enhances user experience understanding during incidents.
  • The role involves shaping backend architecture, connecting frontend signals to session-level evidence, and collaborating across teams to improve observability.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and React; experience with columnar/analytical databases is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data-intensive systems, user-centered software development, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and customer engagement.
