Remote Senior Software Engineer, Storage Infrastructure

Description:

• The Storage team is responsible for the core object and metadata storage platform, ensuring data is reliably stored, discoverable, and accessible.
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on complex systems across the stack, focusing on object storage, metadata indexing, and disaster recovery.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in Go, Python, or similar modern languages.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (BigTable, Elasticsearch) datastores.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in monitoring and operating scalable cloud-native software and improving codebases and team practices.
