Description:

Lead a team to develop new components within a large-scale fintech data platform.
Focus on integrating platform components with blockchain layers in a complex, multi-system environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend development experience, primarily in Python.
Strong software engineering background in Node.js with TypeScript.
Proven experience in building production AI/LLM applications and multi-agent workflows.
Strong understanding of AI framework selection and trade-offs.
Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
Experience with event-driven architectures and PostgreSQL.
Strong focus on clean code, automated testing, and technical documentation.
Experience as a Technical/Team Lead with end-to-end ownership.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
