Requirements:

Experience in designing, building, and shipping applications across the full stack.
Proficiency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
Strong engineering fundamentals, including debugging, API design, and maintaining production systems.
Clear spoken and written English for daily communication with the U.S. team.
Willingness to work hard, with most team members working 60+ hours a week.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to various parts of the stack.
