Description:

  • Join Podium as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in VoIP solutions to empower local businesses with modern phone services.
  • Own features end-to-end, influence architecture, and collaborate with product and design teams to ensure reliable VoIP systems.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in building and shipping production systems.
  • Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end and delivering solutions.
  • Experience with VoIP platforms (FreeSwitch, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, Asterisk) and resolving performance issues.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to enhance productivity.
