Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in mobile/Windows application development, focusing on iOS and Android platforms.
A proven track record of delivering commercial mobile/Windows applications from concept to launch is required.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is essential.
Proficiency in mobile/Windows development frameworks and programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, and React Native is necessary.
A strong understanding of mobile/Windows architecture platforms is required.
Experience with third-party integrations and APIs is important.
Candidates should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach are essential.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
