Remote Senior Software Implementation Engineer

Description:

• Lead full-cycle technical implementations of Lumin Digital’s banking platform for new clients.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement and configure banking product components according to client specifications.
• Conduct testing and validations of product features and integrations.
• Manage client environments and support iterative testing and go-live transitions.
• Develop and document custom solutions using Lumin Digital’s SDK and APIs.
• Communicate implementation status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Provide post-launch support and contribute to production support for live clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical implementation, or systems integration.
• Proven experience in digital banking or FinTech environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
• Advanced experience with digital banking software products and SDKs.
• Knowledge of core banking system integrations and data exchange formats.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
