• Hands-on experience with process orchestration, BPM, or workflow automation; familiarity with Java, microservices, APIs, and cloud/containerization.
• Ability to lead architecture workshops and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical teams and C-level executives.
