CompassX is a boutique consulting firm specializing in business and technology solutions for Fortune 500 and high-growth clients.
Seeking a Senior Solution Owner (Data, Technology & AI) to lead high-visibility client engagements from problem definition to solution adoption.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in consulting, product ownership, or solution design, preferably at a reputable consulting firm.
Proven track record of engaging with executive clients and shaping solutions, not just managing delivery.
Strong knowledge of data and AI environments, including pipelines and modern architecture.
Excellent executive communication and consensus-building skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preference for candidates based in Southern California, but exceptional candidates from elsewhere will be considered.

Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $180,000, with potential for bonuses or contract arrangements.
