Description:

Lead the development of a PM-ready Healthcare Technology Execution Blueprint for Year 1 (2026-2027) at a large academic medical center.
Own the technical and dependency layer to ensure Year 1 workstreams support Years 2 and 3 without rework.

Requirements:

10+ years in health IT architecture, solutions design, or technical program management in complex health systems.
Deep expertise in Epic, particularly in EHR integration, device connectivity, and cross-module workflow dependencies.
Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: digital infrastructure, enterprise mobile platforms, EHR integrations, or smart room technologies.
Proven ability to build cross-domain dependency maps and create sequenced, executable plans.
Experience conducting infrastructure and facility readiness assessments across multi-site health systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fixed-timeline engagement environment.

Competitive pay starting at $120/hour.
Remote work with required travel 1-2 times per month for 3-4 days to San Francisco.
