Description:

  • Join ClickUp as a Senior Solutions Engineer to connect customer needs with practical product solutions in an AI-powered workspace.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to lead technical discovery, deliver demos, and validate product fit for prospects and customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales or solutions engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and adaptability.
