Description:

Senior Solutions Engineer role focused on driving successful outcomes for Motive’s Enterprise customers.
Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and showcase the value of the Motive platform.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in Enterprise-level sales (SaaS and hardware experience a plus).
Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
Willingness to travel 30%+ for customer-facing roles.
Deep knowledge of value-based selling frameworks and solutions engineering methodologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design.

Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 USD (base pay + commissions).
