Remote Senior Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Serve as Mesh's technical point of contact for customers and prospects across APAC.
• Hybrid role involving presales, implementation, and technical support in a high-growth region.
• Partner with Sales for technical evaluations, demos, and customer engineering guidance.
• Represent Mesh technically and build relationships with major companies in crypto and finance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or technical customer-facing roles, with experience in crypto or blockchain.
• Strong understanding of crypto payments infrastructure, wallets, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and RESTful integrations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator, able to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog and Amplitude.
• Experience in the APAC crypto ecosystem and working with distributed teams.
