Description:

  • Join Twilio as a Senior Solutions Engineer to enable customers to build the future of communications.
  • Lead technical pre-sales relationships, drive technical discovery, propose architectures, and demonstrate products to build customer trust.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience with complex technical products or 6+ years in a technical support role with customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous software development experience or knowledge in relevant areas.
