Description:

  • Onboard new customers and train their engineering teams on Checkly's monitoring tools.
  • Act as the technical counterpart in accounts, supporting adoption and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a post-sales technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, customer success).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, or automated testing.
  • Strong coding skills (Javascript/Node.js preferred) and ability to use AI tools for customer work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in an async environment.
  • Based on the US East Coast, with occasional travel to customers.
