Description:

  • Own the reliability and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting HR, finance, and operations.
  • Serve as a technical partner, translating business needs into scalable solutions and ensuring system reliability.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or related technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, or SFTP.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
