Remote Senior Specialist, Regulatory & PV Network

Description:

• Responsible for developing regulatory strategy and driving regulatory and pharmacovigilance (PV) deliverables.
• Serve as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance in the designated country.
• Lead projects of medium/high complexity, ensuring effective coordination and management of regulatory deliverables.
• Provide strategic input and address risks by implementing preventive measures.
• Support proposal development, budget input, and client invoicing.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior staff while fostering professional relationships.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain the regulatory intelligence database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Nursing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry or regulatory body.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and/or GVP and national regulations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in local language and optionally German, French, or Italian.
• Good planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
