• The role involves owning the reliability and quality of an AI copilot in the trading platform, designing evaluation systems, and developing benchmarks.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in production software development with proficiency in any programming language.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, testing methodology, and systems design.
• Experience in building evaluation frameworks and running model improvement cycles.
• Ability to define metrics and drive decisions from data, with comfort across the tech stack.
• High self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
