Description:
- Senior Staff Software Engineer for Origination & New Products at tem, focused on rebuilding energy transactions for transparency and fairness.
- Hands-on technical leadership role, leading a squad through complex integrations and new product development.
Requirements:
- Proven technical leadership at Staff/Senior Staff level with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with commercial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS serverless technologies, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in energy, fintech, or regulated domains is a plus.
