Remote Senior/Staff Platform Engineer

Description:

• Join UpGuard as a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer to shape the platform engineering function from its early days.
• Own the platforms, tools, and infrastructure that enhance development workflows and improve reliability across product engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in tech-centric and product-driven companies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform/OpenTofu) on a major cloud platform, ideally Google Cloud.
• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on experience in containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of improving developer experience through better tooling and streamlined workflows.
