Description:

  • Lead the technical direction and long-term roadmap for the Cards team at Affirm.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to implement technical excellence and drive critical initiatives.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in backend architecture and full-stack development, with knowledge of React Native, Javascript, or Kotlin.
  • Proven track record of leading large engineering projects and driving organizational change.
  • Strong communication skills and experience mentoring engineers to Staff level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
