Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of experience in backend software development or 8 years with an advanced degree.
Proficiency in programming languages like Golang or Java, and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

Competitive base pay range of $190,900 - $334,100, plus equity and variable compensation.
