Description:

Senior/Staff Software Engineer role focused on platform engineering for an AI-native mortgage technology company.
Responsible for building self-service systems, TypeScript libraries, deployment automation, and reliability foundations to support product engineers.

Requirements:

7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or backend work.
Strong experience in high-growth technology startups and hands-on CI/CD pipeline management, preferably with Buildkite.
Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and deep AWS experience.
Strong skills in Terraform and/or Pulumi, and experience with service-level objectives and production observability.
Excellent written communication skills for documenting complex systems.

Base salary range of $150K-$350K based on seniority and experience, with senior-level compensation up to $300K and staff-level up to $350K.
