Remote Senior/Staff UX Researcher

Description:

• Seeking a Senior/Staff UX Researcher to shape customer understanding and influence product evolution at Nexthink.
• Responsible for building a strategic research program that uncovers customer mindsets and motivations, creating frameworks for company-wide understanding.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of UX research experience (Staff) or 5+ years (Senior) with a proven impact on product/business strategy.
• Experience in building frameworks like customer mindsets, journey maps, and jobs-to-be-done.
• Hands-on experience with AI in research operations and analysis.
• Proven ability to design and analyze large-scale surveys and telemetry data.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative methods; experience in B2B or enterprise software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders without authority.
• Advanced degree in relevant fields is a plus; full professional proficiency in English required.
• Ability to travel 3-4 times a year for customer events.
