Description:
- Senior System Engineer role based in Tokyo, providing IT support for the Japan office and remote employees across APAC.
- Responsible for delivering exceptional workplace technology support, managing corporate IT systems, and improving IT operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with knowledge of IAM, MDM, and collaboration tools.
- Proficient in administering systems like Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and others.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac, Windows, and SaaS applications.
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
