Lead Designer for Enterprise AI Upskilling, architecting Nielsen’s internal AI upskilling approach.
Facilitate, design, and implement solutions to advance AI capability and adoption, partnering with IT.
Use Design Thinking and Adult Learning Theory to integrate AI solutions into workflows.

Requirements:

Mastery of Learning Experience Design (LXD) and Adult Learning Theories.
Expert in Design Thinking, facilitating empathy interviews and creating actionable personas.
10–15 years of experience in leading organizational change or workforce upskilling projects globally.
Proven collaboration with IT or Product teams for human-centric technological solutions.
Understanding of AI tools for workflow optimization.
Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and manage change narratives.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in relevant fields preferred.
