Description:

Seeking a Senior Technical Lead – Agentic AI / Generative AI to oversee architecture, technical direction, and delivery of AI solutions.
Role involves hands-on leadership, transitioning from experimentation to scalable production systems.

Requirements:

10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in AI/ML systems.
2+ years of experience in building and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI applications in production.
Expertise in LLM application development, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
Strong Python skills and experience with scalable, distributed systems.
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases.
Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business discussions.
