Senior UX Researcher position for a 6-month contract, available remotely or in a hybrid model in Mississauga, ON.
Role involves driving product decisions through research, usability studies, and mixed-method discovery, supporting the Integrated Care portfolio.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX research or a similar customer-focused role.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, statistics, human-computer interaction, or related field.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with experience in research tools like Dovetail, User Interviews, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to travel to customer sites approximately four times a year.
